RIGHTS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing and signed by both parties, Civilian maintains all of the copyrights to any graphic created by Civilian.

Each graphic is for the sole use of said agreement between the parties – not for application to any other project, ad, brochure. Allowed use would not be for resale to a third party.

Ownership of copyrights for use other than agreed upon by both parties, is an infringement of copyright laws and punishable by fines.

Purchasing the copyrights to any image, is a separate and exclusive arrangement between the 2 parties – civilian and client.
