Civilian lives in the Delaware River community of Frenchtown, NJ.

Frenchtown is filled with colorful and eccentric folk.

Some of these folks have families that have lived here for generations.

Many others have migrated here by default from the world at large.

Those of us who have come here, cannot seem to re-enter the 'real' world.

Val is one of those who cannot ever truly re-enter the real world again.
